my stay in the beautiful double or twin room river view was superb the river view was excellent i noticed the room included a coffee machine the breakfast buffet had a wide array of options including fresh pastries and a dedicated omelet station.
the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.

the rooms felt GORGEOUS and spacious. i liked the big pool at the wellness center. staff was kind and helpful.
the worker who carries bags didn't treat me well. he pushed my bag badly. the worker didn't speak english and refused to translate for the taxi driver.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly, i like that. the view of the river from my room was great! the spa was also wonderful. I liked the sauna and steam room, very relaxing. i also found a little jacuzzi area within the pool, it was the ideal way to finish the day.

The staff was generally attentive. I especially appreciated the warm welcome at reception! diana and vanessa were both professional and friendly. the location suited my needs. It was easy to access many attractions. the spa offered a calming retreat. The pool area was especially nice.
the bar on the roof felt a bit exclusive. it seemed more focused on photoshoots than serving hotel guests. several areas were reserved for these shoots. this made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable for a relaxing evening.

Breakfast had ample choice catering for everyone. it opened from 7-11am each day. This gave us flexibility. the option to order an omelet was great. The chef made it exactly to my request.

The reception staff was super friendly. I also appreciated those who helped with parking. there was also a welcome drink offered. It. generally, i found the service solid.

I expected much more from this hotel. The room was outdated and it did not look like the pictures online. It felt more like a hotel for business trips not for holiday.

the breakfast was good. the staff were always smiling and helpful.
the rooms are all very similar with different price range. this makes me concerned for female safety if keys are given out so carelessly to other guests. i was appalled when my husband arrived a few days later than me and was given the key to another woman's room. he actually went to the room to drop his belongings off.
